Glover Book Club is Back!

K-2nd Grade Book Club

This book club group will meet every Thursday starting on October 16 and ending on June 11th  from 3:20 to 4:05 pm in Ms. Kelly’s classroom, Room 13.  Each week, we’ll share an interactive read-aloud with thoughtfully selected book titles designed to inspire and engage young readers. We’ll explore creative activities that bring the book to life. It’s a wonderful way to build a love of reading, make new friends, and imagine new adventures. Everyone is welcome to join the fun!

Fourth and Fifth Grade Book Club

This book club group meets every Wednesday from 8-8:45 am in the Glover Library.  The book selections will vary in length and genre so as to interest a variety of students.

If you would like to sign your child up for the first book, The Season of Styx Malone by Kekla Magoon, please fill out this Google Form. The Book Club crew will read The Season of Styx Malone from October 1 to November 12. Please note that these dates are an estimate and are subject to change. 

Copies of The Season of Styx Malone will be provided for the first 20 students who sign up for the book club!

Third Graders

If your third grader is interested in joining one of the book clubs, they are welcome to sign up for either the K-2nd Grade Book Club or the Fourth and Fifth Grade Book Club.  Please reach out directly to the teachers to find out which club would be the best fit for your child.
