This club is designed to allow your students to focus, get some exercise, and be ready for the school day with Mme Stallions. Participants will learn how to draw animals and objects, take playful breaks to move and dance, and finish with a brief mindfulness session. During this time, students will explore body scanning techniques, focus on their breath, and discover how to incorporate mindfulness into daily life.
