Get ready—the Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Glover! This is a great opportunity to build your child’s home library with new books that will get them excited about reading, while also earning funds for our school.

Save these dates: 

• Wednesday, 9/30, Thursday, 10/1, and Friday, 10/2: Students shop with their class during regularly scheduled library time.

•  Thursday, 10/1: Families can shop together during Glover Open House.

• Monday, 10/5: Students and families may return for a final shopping day. Exact hours TBD.

Already have a babysitter for the Glover Open House? Take advantage of it! After Open House, head over to Steel & Rye for a drink, a bite, and some grown-up conversation with fellow Glover parents and caregivers.

Members of the Glover PTO will be hanging out near the bar—stop by, order whatever sounds good, and join us! No RSVP needed. We’d love to see you there.

“What’s a Bike Bus?”

A Bike Bus is a big group of kids biking to school on a set route. There are scheduled stops and locations to meet up along the way, much like a school bus. Read more below for Route information.

Looking for an easy, flexible way to show your appreciation for our wonderful Glover teachers and staff? We’re looking for volunteers to organize our three remaining staff meals this year—from ordering the food to coordinating delivery.

This is a great way to lend a hand on your own schedule and entirely behind the scenes—no event attendance or people-wrangling required!

Friends and Family, you are awesomely invited to a DEIB OPEN HOUSE hosted by one of the newest members of our MPS Family, our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Director jamele adams. This is an opportunity for us to gather in shared space, meet each other, learn more about one another, explore planning possibilities, share updates and enjoy ourselves! This event will take place on the evening of September 28th from 6-8PM and is occurring at our own Milton Public Library. We look forward to seeing you all there!  Always WE. Always LOVE.
